Arrival Time:
Clients are required to arrive at the studio 10 minutes before their scheduled booking to ensure the appointment starts on time.
Failure to arrive on time may result in a cancellation if the client is more than 15 minutes late.
Late Arrival and Cancellations:

Hair Preparation Guidelines:
Down Style:
For thick/difficult hair, it is recommended that hair be left unwashed for one day prior to the booking.
For a sleek shine, clients are encouraged to straighten their hair before their booking.
Please arrive with your hair down or in a ponytail. Avoid messy buns on the day of your appointment.
Hair must be completely dry upon arrival.
If you have permanent hair extensions, please inform your artist prior to your booking.
For additional volume or length, we recommend clip-in extensions over permanent ones for the best results.
Straightened Style:
For a sleek/soft finish, clients should wash their hair either the night before or on the day of the appointment, depending on personal preference.
Hair must be dry when you arrive.
Upstyle:
Please arrive with freshly washed, dry hair.
Ensure that you have selected the appropriate hair length at the time of booking to allow for proper time allocation.
Thick/long hair requires additional time, and failure to account for this may affect subsequent appointments. An adjustment fee of $10 per 10 minutes will be applied to any selected hairstyle for thick/long hair.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment Terms:
All clients are required to enter card details at the time of booking.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late cancellations (under 48 hours' notice) will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service price.
Failure to show up will result in a 100% charge of the service price.
